Our return policy is in effect for 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and should not have been handled and/or removed from its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the mint where the coin was originally minted, if applicable. You will likely never see the coin again and will not receive a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for negligence and/or negative consequences of humor.
Refunds are allowed up to thirty (30) days of the original purchase, however, certain exclusions apply:
- You are responsible for paying for and are responsible for any damage to (including but not limited to loss, environmental damage, physical damage, and/or improper packaging).
- You are also responsible for paying a 10% restocking fee for any returned item. (Minimum Fee: $3.00)
- We will not refund any transfer and/or transaction fee enacted by payment method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email and/or text/SMS message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We reserve the right to deny and/or refuse any refund at any time for any reason without notice, at our sole discretion. We may also provide you with a limited refund with the amount of our choice, even if the amount is greater than the restocking fee and/or transaction fee. You may also request to be paid in the form of a Finstad Coins Gift Certificate, usable on any item sold on our Site.
Late or Missing Refunds
If we have notified you that your refund was approved and we have credited your account and/or payment method, but you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or company responsible for the payment method. Be aware that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. This includes all items sold on any platform other than our Site and/or Service directly (including but not limited to Instagram, eBay, or Reddit).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is your scenario and you would choose an exchange over a refund, contact us at email@example.com. We may have another similar or identical item available. Be aware that you are still responsible for shipping the item back to us and paying any restocking and/or transaction fee(s). You are also responsible for paying to ship the new item. We still reserve the right to deny and/or refuse any exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you and your item was accepted for a refund, you will receive a Finstad Coins Gift Certificate instead of a refund.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later and the refund was accepted, the refund will be paid directly to the gift giver, however, you are responsible for the shipping and/or restocking fee(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund, along with the restocking fee and any transaction fee(s).
Shipping times for exchanges and refunds may vary, depending on location, shipping speed, service, and other factors.
You may use any service you would like for return shipping, but you are responsible for the package in its entirety.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, even if you did purchase tracking services.
